Mid season. An attractive apple with red skin and a light orange flush. Regarded as the finest flavoured “English Style” apple there is – the apple you remember from when you were a child!
2 Bramley
Late season. Traditional Apple Pie flavour. Used in Copella all year round but only in small quantities. Distinctively green in colour and high in Vitamin C!
3 Braeburn
Very Late Season. Crisp and juicy with a delightful array of flavours striking the right balance between sharpness and sweetness. Braeburn was one of the original bi-coloured apples available with a distinctive red and green skin.
