- 150mls Copella English Apple & Elderflower
- 5 Raspberries
- 3 Sweet Basil Leaves
- Juice from ¼ Lemon
- 1 teaspoon of Caster Sugar
jug (1 litre)
- 450mls Copella English Apple & Elderflower
- 15 Raspberries
- 9 Sweet Basil Leaves
- Juice from ¾ Lemon
- 3 teaspoons of Caster Sugar
Method
Place the sugar, lemon, and raspberries in the bottom of a small glass and grind them together using a spoon.
Add the Copella, basil and crushed ice and mix together vigorously using the very same spoon.
Make it look even prettier by refilling with more ice and adding some raspberries and basil to ‘garnish’ on the top of the drink.
