Ingredients
jug (1 litre)
- 500mls Copella English Apple
- 5 Apricots
- 2 Tablespoons of Caster sugar
- Juice of a Lemon
- Nutmeg
Method
Peel the apricots and remove their stones. Place them in a food blender and blend them until they form a puree.
Place the puree and sugar in a jug and squeeze the lemon juice in and mix it well.
Add the Copella and stir it over lots of ice to wake it up and make it cold!
For the finishing touch, add a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg.
