I’ve been with the company nearly two years now and its changed in so many ways in such a short period of time. When I joined Copella we had an aim to be at zero landfill by 2012, it seemed a huge and impossible task at the time but the good news is that we reached that milestone two years ahead of time. None of the waste that we produce now goes into landfill and this has seen us increase the amount we recycle by a massive amount. We’re now working on ways to reduce further the impact that we have on the environment by reducing our energy usage and trying to find more environmentally friendly ways within our business. We have a really strong Green team that are generating so many ideas and we are now helping with the local school in how companies can make massive achievements.
