I’ve been with the company nearly two years now and its changed in so many ways in such a short period of time. When I joined Copella we had an aim to be at zero landfill by 2012, it seemed a huge and impossible task at the time but the good news is that we reached that milestone two years ahead of time!

Down on Boxford Farm the evenings are drawing in, the cold snap has begun and the snow is beginning to fall; and although the winter weather may make us want to curl up on the sofa in front of the fire, it is actually a key time for the apple nurturing process, and therefore creates a perfect opportunity for us to show you what we get up to down on the farm in the winter months.
