About Copella
Our history
Copella's name and success stems from the late Devora Peake, who died in 1999. Devora was the daughter of Russian parents living in Tel Aviv. After finishing University there she set up home in the heart of the Suffolk countryside in the 1930's.
How we make our juices
So just how is your favourite apple juice made? For almost forty years Copella has been produced on our Suffolk farm. You'll find that no colourings or preservatives are added to any of our juices.
About apples
Apples originated in the Middle East more than 4000 years ago and fruit and vines have been grown in the UK since Roman occupation. Specially cultivated apple varieties spread across Europe to France, arriving in England at around the time of the Norman Conquest in 1066.
