We have been pressing apples since 1969 here on Boxford Farm, to make our famous Copella apple juice. 2009 is an important year for us as it's 40 years since the first drop of juice was pressed and bottled right here on our farm in the heart of the Suffolk countryside.

Copella's name and success stems from the late Devora Peake, who died in 1999. Devora’s inspiration for the name Copella came from one of Copella’s main apple varieties Cox’s Orange Pippin and her youngest daughter’s name Carmella.
